Shipping

All Astrid Montague jewellery is made to order and handmade in my workshop in Sydney, Australia. We strive to fulfil your order in a timely manner. Your order may take up to 2 weeks for production time due to the handmade nature of our products. Usually jewellery pieces like earrings are ready to be sent within a day. We ask that all customers be aware of this production window.

Domestic & International Shipping 

• Free express shipping for all Australian orders
• Free DHL express shipping for all International orders over $900

Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post Express. 

International orders are shipped with DHL, with delivery typically within 3–5 business days once dispatched. 

International Orders & Import Duties

We ship internationally and as of 27/01/2026 cover import duties and taxes where available. Where supported, any applicable duties and taxes are included in the final price at checkout, so your jewellery is delivered to your door without unexpected charges on arrival.

If Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) is unavailable in your region, you are responsible for any local charges at the time of delivery.
